Joyce E. Barkley - Office Manager

	Joyce Barkley was hired as Office Manager of the Crestline Village Water District, effective December 10, 2007. Prior to coming to CVWD, Ms. Barkley has held positions at UC Riverside, UCLA, and LACSD. Ms. Barkley and her family have been residents of the San Bernardino Mountains communities since September, 1984. Ms. Barkley is a graduate of Cal-State University, San Bernardino and holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Water Resources Management.
